About The Vendor Lab™

You started your business because you're good at what you do — not because you dreamed of drowning in emails, chasing invoices, or trying to figure out your CRM at 2AM.

The Vendor Lab™ was created for you.

We help creative entrepreneurs build systems that support your talent without the overwhelm. No cookie-cutter templates. No fluff. Just strategies and tools designed for how your brain works and how your business needs to run.

Because success shouldn't come at the cost of your sanity.

The Vendor Lab Founder Martine Dardignac

Hi, I'm Martine Dardignac — PMP-certified project manager, NYU grad, and systems whisperer for creative entrepreneurs.

Before launching my own brands — Wedding M.D.™ and Taste Buds Required® — I spent nearly two decades in ad operations, leading high-stakes technical programs across multiple organizations including Microsoft. I know what it's like to be the one holding the project together behind the scenes, translating vision into execution, and making complex systems run smoothly under real pressure.

Now I bring that same operational clarity to creative businesses. Through The Vendor Lab, I help talented entrepreneurs build smarter systems, streamline their backend, and stop dreading the business side of their business.

My happy place? Turning "I hate this part" chaos into clean workflows, calm inboxes, and confident decision-making — so you can get back to doing the work you love.

At The Vendor Lab, we exist to help creative professionals build businesses that run smoothly, serve joyfully, and still leave space for rest.

We believe that systems shouldn't suffocate your creativity — they should support it. That smart automation doesn't make you less personal — it frees you up to show up more intentionally.

Our mission is to take what feels chaotic and exhausting behind the scenes and transform it into something clear, sustainable, and (dare we say) simple.

Because when your business has structure, you can have freedom.
And when you're no longer buried in to-dos, you get to focus on the part that made you fall in love with your work in the first place.

What Makes This Different

There’s no one-size-fits-all here. I won’t hand you a Notion board and wish you luck.

We co-create your systems based on:

  • 🧠 How your brain works

  • 🥄 What your actual capacity is (hello, Spoonies 👋)

  • 🎯 The kind of business you actually want to run

Whether we’re untangling your pricing, fixing your onboarding, setting up email automations, or mapping out visibility, everything is built for long-term sustainability.

Not just short-term survival.

Why Cultural Fluency Matters

Cultural Fluency Isn’t Just a Buzzword—It’s Personal

At The Vendor Lab™, we know that not every client fits into the same mold — and that's a good thing. Cultural fluency means understanding how to serve clients with different traditions, languages, family dynamics, and expectations without missing a beat.

I've lived my whole life bridging cultures — at home, at work, and now in the businesses and client relationships I help vendors navigate and support.

Whether you're working with a Nigerian-Jewish couple, managing multilingual client calls, or serving communities with distinct traditions and expectations, cultural nuance matters. It's not about getting it perfect. It's about showing respect, asking the right questions, and building systems that support all your clients — not just the easy ones.

This is one of my favorite things to help with. Because when your systems reflect the real people you serve? Everything flows better — for you and for them.
